| Cottonwood Lane Reconstruction Project Owner: City of Casa Grande This project included the reconstruction of two miles of Cottonwood Lane to a four-lane minor arterial configuration. In addition to standard roadway items, work included reconstruction of the Pert Road intersection, landscaped raised medians, and a major overhead to underground dry utility conversion.
