We will be giving a presentation on our Centennial Way Project and handing out prizes at the Dessert Reception during the 61st Annual Arizona Conference on Roads & Streets.
The Arizona Conference on Roads & Streets is the largest annual event for Arizona engineers, contractors and their vendors, from both the public and private sectors. Approximately 1,200 attendees and 100 exhibitors are expected to participate in the 2012 conference. All seminars and the trade show will be held at the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort in Tucson, AZ on April 4-6, 2012.
Achen-Gardner Construction (AGC) has sponsored the Thursday evening "Dessert Reception and Trade Show Drawing" for the past several years and we will sponsor again this year. Dan Spitza, AGC Vice President, will MC the event where you can eat delicious treats and find out if your name is drawn for a prize.
On Thursday, April 5th, Dan Spitza will be joining Wylie Bearup (Phoenix Street Transportation Director/City Engineer, City of Phoenix) and Shane Silsby (Phoenix Street Transportation Deputy Director, City of Phoenix) for a seminar titled "Centennial Way Celebrates Arizona’s First 100 Years" from 2:45 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. in the San Pedro Room. The presentation will highlight the highly successful AGC/City of Phoenix Centennial Way Design Build Project.
