We would like to thank everyone who volunteered at our booth and attended the Downtown Chandler Block Party on Saturday.

Achen-Gardner Construction was thrilled to be the title sponsor of the Downtown Chandler Block Party – Rock the Block! on November 19, 2011. More than 15,000 people showed up at the event in downtown Chandler on Arizona Avenue between Chandler Boulevard and Frye Road.

We hosted a Dunk Tank at our booth near the main stage and offered folks the chance to dunk Achen-Gardner employees, local business owners, and Chandler Councilmembers. All proceeds went to those in need through the Desert Cancer Foundation of Arizona. Also, those who purchased tickets and participated in our Dunk Tank were also entered into a drawing for a chance to win prizes. Winners of the prizes (Visa gift cards, free dinners at downtown restaurants, etc.) were announced on our website and Facebook page.
